About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Corporate Production Controller to join our Controlling team in Heidenheim, Germany or Mataró (Barcelona), Spain. As part of our core division wound care, you'll be responsible for all controlling-related tasks in the interface to production and work closely with the Operations department.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business performance and profit development. You'll analyze key financial indicators, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize production costs.
Responsibilities- Analyze business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care and create transparency for the Head of Operations.
- Support the Head of Operations as a business partner and accompany him in his responsibility for all Division plants.
- Continuously review results and initiate improvement measures in close coordination with your business partners.
- Carry out standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting, and monthly financial statements and prepare these for the Head of Operations.
- Work closely with interfaces in Group Controlling and be responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division.
- In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations.
- Guide, coach, and challenge production controllers in the plant.
- Succesfully graduated in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Profund knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and very good MS Office skills.
- Very good English and German language skills.
