Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist for International Cooperation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing health projects in various countries, working closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate health projects and programs in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks
  • Provide technical assistance and capacity building to local health teams and partners
  • Conduct needs assessments, project evaluations, and research studies to inform program development and improvement
  • Represent Médicos del Mundo in international forums and meetings, promoting our mission and values

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (public health, international development, global health, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international health development, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages an asset)
