Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist for International Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing healthcare projects in various countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate healthcare projects in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement healthcare programs and services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to local healthcare teams
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to inform program development
  • Ensure program quality and effectiveness through monitoring and reporting

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, international development, medicine)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in coordinating and implementing healthcare projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
