Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze information on clients' media activities and their competitors for use in strategic planning.
- Actively collaborate on strategic documents for clients, ensuring compliance with timelines and necessary collaboration.
- Coordinate client tactical requests with guidance from the Account Manager and work with specialized departments to compose a complete proposal.
- Coordinate the delivery of briefings to various planning units, evaluate received plans, review activation documents, and monitor campaign performance.
- Regularly report brand tracking documents both nationally and to international teams.
- Analyze results with the team, extracting key learnings for future actions.
Requirements:
- Valuable experience in a media agency, in planning and client service departments.
- Knowledge of guidelines for creating both ON and OFF campaign strategies, translating them into a concrete media plan and proposal for the client.
- Experience in both offline and online media.
- Knowledge of market sources (Kantar, ComsCore, GFK, YouGov, Infoadex, etc.), as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of English for document preparation and regular meetings with international teams.
