Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coding Specialist to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bridging and coding data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of technical knowledge required for data coding and bridging.
- Complete basic coding and bridging of data, referring complex matters to more experienced team members.
- Transform incoming paper data from suppliers into electronic data files.
- Interpret written responses and enter them into electronic coding systems, allocating data to standard reference systems.
- Perform quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.
- Bridge data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA's reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year work experience in which PC literacy skills, including Word and Excel, have been gained.
- Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and technical procedures.
