About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data and KPI reports, ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain consistent reporting and communication with stakeholders, focusing on customer service data and expanding into other areas as needed.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Power BI, to extract insights from large datasets and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain vendor and product master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to interact with data and systems, with experience in SAP or similar systems a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office package, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Affinity for data and analytics, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to handle large amounts of data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with English a plus.
