Job Title: Agency Unit Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agency Unit Head to lead our sales-driven team in promoting Maxicare's products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and training Agency Unit Managers and Health Benefits Agents, as well as supervising and coordinating their activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvassing and account maintenance
• Operates as a contact person for assigned clients
• Communicates client needs and demands to Maxicare
• Ensures yearly renewal of closed accounts
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Collaborates with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
• Assists with clients' demands, requests, and escalations

Requirements:

• Must be Graduated (at least) from a Secondary Level
• 18 – 65 years old
• Preferably with Sales and Managerial Experience in different industries
• Preferably with experience handling clients' demands and needs
• Demonstrates ability to communicate professionally
• Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Time Management skills
