Weewoo is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Project Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management and coordination, with a focus on digital projects.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of specific digital projects within Weewoo. The successful candidate will be an expert in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

About You

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on digital projects.
  • You should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • You should have a high level of English proficiency (C1 or above).

Job Description: The Mid Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within Weewoo. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for successful completion.
  2. Project Execution: Managing project teams and resources, ensuring the project is executed in accordance with the plan and monitoring progress to ensure that objectives are met.
  3. Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.
  4. Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
  5. Team Management: Managing and motivating project teams, providing guidance and facilitating collaboration to ensure that project objectives are met.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Identifying and managing project stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Change Management: Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget and ensuring that the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
