Supply Planning O9 Implementation Manager

Main Responsibilities:

As a Supply Planning O9 Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the O9 solution for supply planning. This includes acting as a business owner for the supply planning functionality, managing the decision-making process, and performing risk impact analysis.

You will be accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios. Additionally, you will resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver and perform detail reviews of all project deliverables.

Key Skills Required:

Prior knowledge implementing O9 solution is preferable. Strong experience in Supply Planning, affinity with systems and system implementations, and knowledge of Commercial and Manufacturing processes in your region are required.

You should be able to think outside the box and introduce new capabilities, have an agile and growth mindset, and be able to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building, are essential.
