Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team in the Dach Market. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating strong relationships with existing customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and create strong relationships with existing customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues via ticket, phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and clients to control and follow up on any bugs or issues.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and provide information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of German and English language skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate full ownership of each activity and be proactive in suggesting new ideas.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience dealing with customers is a plus.
