We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Business Developer to join our Technology Transfer Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial action and technology transfer of our center in the Health sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in positions related to digital technologies in the biomedical sector. Proven experience in technical-consulting sales to companies, especially in the health sector, is highly valued.
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to customer needs, manage the complete bid cycle, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Advanced level of English and Basque language is an asset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting companies at local, regional, or national level to identify companies with potential for development or transfer of related digital technologies.
- Identification and generation of business opportunities through dialogue with companies and institutions based on their needs and our technological capabilities.
- Collaboration with the team in advising current or potential customers on R&D&I projects of development or technology transfer.
- Prospecting and selection of private and public financing mechanisms according to company needs.
- Management of center clients through long-term loyalty work.
- External representation of the center in national and international business and transfer forums.
- Supervision of customer needs, their evolution, and satisfaction.
