About The Ocean Race

The Ocean Race is a dynamic and innovative organization that is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing B2C digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that meet established KPIs
  • Develop and manage digital content, including copywriting and copyediting
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance and layout of marketing materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Manage databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop and execute A-B tests to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with our Game developer to manage the success of our Online Game
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of our Metaverse

Requirements

  • English: C1
  • Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar
  • Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Familiarity with automation and performance evaluation software
  • Excellent project management skills specific to marketing
  • Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Forward thinking and dynamic attitude
