Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic Climatech team at Green Eagle Solutions, a rapidly growing tech company in the renewable energy sector. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability and security of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
Server-Side Development: Build efficient, testable, and reusable backend modules using C# or other server-side languages. Develop clean, robust, and scalable code. Database Management: Design and implement databases to ensure integrity, performance, and security. Manage data exchange between the server and users. Integration: Streamline data storage solutions and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimization: Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Collaborative Development: Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to set up objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

Requirements
Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in server-side languages. Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design and implement API-based architectures including REST. Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability. Effective Communication: Strong abilities in clear communication, capable of explaining complex ideas to non-technical team members. Adaptability: Open to adopting new technologies and frameworks as needed by project demands.
