Job Description

Job Title: Trainer Power Electronics, Italy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team in Italy. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training classes to customers, distributors, and installation technicians on our Power Electronic products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, update, and maintain the technical training program for our EP Cube energy storage product and CSI inverters.
  • Deliver technical training classes to customers, distributors, and installation technicians.
  • Monitor certified installer database, track installer training progress, and motivate installers to complete the training and certification process.
  • Host training events in various locations with focus groups ranging from few to many attendees.
  • Work closely with Sales team, Technical Support Engineers, and Field Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian, Spanish, and English language skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Teamwork, communication, and intercultural skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Valid driver license.
