Job Description: Senior SEO Director

We're seeking an experienced Senior SEO Director to spearhead our global organic growth initiatives by crafting and executing a high-impact SEO strategy that aligns with Sortlist's overarching business goals. This role requires a strategic leader who excels in driving organic visibility across multiple languages and regions while maintaining a balance between visionary thinking and hands-on technical expertise.

    • Work closely with our paid teams to leverage synergies across our search channels.">
    • Drive collaboration across departments to ensure SEO is embedded in all digital initiatives.">

    • Utilize advanced SEO tools and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities.">

    • 5-10 years of experience in SEO with at least 3 years in a leadership role.">

    • Deep understanding of site architecture, crawlability, page speed, mobile optimization, and handling technical audits.">
