We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Architect to join our Finance, Control and Legal Department at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa. This role will play a key part in shaping the company's digital transformation strategy and ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft/SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions for integrating various solutions with SAP and Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for the implementation of enterprise applications within Nestle development and architecture standards.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to next-gen technologies (AI/ML, LLM, Mobile Development).
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as an IT Solution Architect, preferably within the domain (Legal, Risk, Audit, Compliance).
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, integrating, and documenting end-to-end enterprise-grade applications, databases design, and management using Microsoft/SAP Technologies.
- Experience with cloud architecture - especially Azure, GCP, and/or AWS - (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) with focus on scalability, security, and integration challenges.
- DevOps and agile principles work environment experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
