Digital Transformation Architect for Sustainable Workforce

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented professional to lead our digital transformation efforts, focusing on creating a more sustainable workforce. As a Digital Transformation Architect, you will be responsible for selecting the right solutions to support HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Rewards and Performance Management, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Internal Mobility, Learning, and Continuous Listening.
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Digital Architect, CoEs, Enterprise Architecture, Capability Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and a consistent employee experience. They will also conduct architecture reviews, help solve business problems with technical expertise, define standards and processes according to architecture frameworks, and act as a consultant in strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Follow market trends and make recommendations to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that improve the employee lifecycle (from hire to retire)
- Work with HR Digital Architect, CoEs, Enterprise Architecture, Capability Owners, and all Schneider Digital organization while selecting and deploying the 'right tool for the job'
- Act as solution architect for different Human Resources Capability teams
- Conduct architecture reviews and help solving business problems with technical expertise
- Define standards and processes according to architecture frameworks
- Act as a consultant in strategic projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should also have 5+ years of previous experience as a technical expert/platform architect in major Human Capital Management solutions, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, or SAP Success Factors.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
