We are seeking a talented individual to join our Core Architecture team as HR Systems Architect. This role is critical in shaping the digital workplace of the future and enabling HR to build a workforce that is agile, adaptable, and sustainable.
The HR Systems Architect will be responsible for selecting the right solutions to support the goals of the HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Rewards and Performance Management, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Internal Mobility, Learning, and Continuous Listening.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and be able to make recommendations to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to improve the employee lifecycle. They will work closely with HR Digital Architect, CoEs, Enterprise Architecture, Capability Owners, and all Schneider Digital organization in selecting and deploying the right tool for the job.
Main responsibilities include:
- Following market trends and making recommendations to deliver state-of-the-art solutions
- Working with HR Digital Architect, CoEs, Enterprise Architecture, Capability Owners, and all Schneider Digital organization in selecting and deploying the right tool for the job
- Acting as solution architect for the different Human Resources Capability teams
- Conducting architecture reviews and helping solutioning business problems with technical expertise
- Defining standards and processes according to architecture frameworks
- Acting as a consultant in strategic projects
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
