A Senior Finance Specialist – Digital Analytics and Operations is responsible for providing expertise in financial analysis and operations within the digital realm. Their primary role is to analyze and interpret large sets of digital data to drive insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
Main Responsibilities
Play a key role in supporting the timely delivery of transformative projects related to the development of Finance Data powerhouse.
Business partnering to identify new digital requirements across functions and drive change management to adopt solutions across the business.
Continuous identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends/patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets, leveraging the analysis for process improvements.
Implement process improvements including trainings on products, change management, and communications strategies.
Own the governance and management of relevant reporting applications (e.g., SONAR, I.AM, etc.).
About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of finance principles, digital analytics tools, and the ability to leverage data to make informed business decisions in the digital space. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business, and 5+ years of work experience in financial reporting, controlling, and technology power user/enabler.
Key Requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Passionate about digital transformation; experience in predictive modeling and large data analysis is a plus.
Expertise in visualization tools like Qlik for crafting insights.
Proven experience in project management.
Customer-centric mindset; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
