Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports) for drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements.
- Perform quality and compliance work, including deviation forms, tracking, and documentation.
- Assist in review of PV SOPs and other department's SOPs for alignment.
- Directly involved in continuous improvement work, including writing local SOPs, work instructions, and job aids.
- Actively participate in audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
