About the Role

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Poblenou. As a key member of our LiveWell by Zurich team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing rewards for our global customer base via our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing suppliers of rewards and optimizing the rewards platform, including integration and processes
  • Optimizing procurement and supplier management processes
  • Working across functions and geographies to secure stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Working on other strategic projects across LiveWell and within Operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, engineering or related fields with a passion for health and wellbeing
  • 6+ years in project management with experience in rewards, sourcing of rewards, procurement for mobile apps, web and/or SAAS offerings
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in testing and data-driven decision making
  • Strong English communication and execution skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams
