KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate the organization's performance and generate detailed financial reports.
- Oversee monthly financial closures, including provisions and variance analysis, while identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Assist in the development and management of budgetary processes.
- Manage liquidity and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and facilitating audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial and tax regulations.
- Monitor and control project profitability.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Financial Controller role.
- Proficient in IFRS and the Spanish General Accounting Plan.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations.
- Experience in preparing annual financial statements.
- Expertise in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite and D365 (Dynamics) is advantageous.
- Experience in multinational corporations is a plus.
- Background in IT and consulting firms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- High proficiency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated proactivity and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
