Hotel Overview

Jumeirah Mallorca is situated on a cliff surrounded by pine forests, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea or the Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO Heritage site. The hotel features 121 spacious guestrooms and suites, three restaurants, three bars, two swimming pools, and our Talise Spa. The hotel's unique design ensures a natural and exceptional environment for our guests.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Operations Manager position to join our Engineering Department at Jumeirah Mallorca. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, are completed on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project priorities and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance, promoting best practices, methodologies, and technologies to drive innovation and achieve technical excellence.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and regulatory agencies, to understand needs, gather feedback, and communicate engineering initiatives and achievements.
