Join Our Team as a Risk Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Engineer to join our team at the Motherson Group. As a Risk Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating risks associated with our manufacturing locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent losses and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management programs and technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain fire safety standards and object protection concepts for production machinery and processes.
  • Consult on property risk-related matters and projects, and enforce existing technical protection systems.
  • Travel to various locations to conduct risk surveys and provide expert advice.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, safety engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management, fire safety, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
