We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team as a Digital Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading user research projects and working closely with product teams to create high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and run research projects end-to-end, supporting a human-centered design process
- Work closely with product teams to define clear problem statements, frame project goals and research assumptions, and select appropriate methods and tools
- Analyze and synthesize data, and share findings with stakeholders
- 2+ years experience in applied product research
- Bachelors or advanced degree in human behavior-related fields
- Portfolio demonstrating experience as a Research Specialist
- B2C e-commerce experience
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Experience doing research across responsive web and native mobile platforms
