About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Trainee to join our dynamic General Ledger Team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Review and Processing: Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to ensure all necessary documentation is in place before payment.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoices and general ledger transactions.
  • Vendor Account Reconciliation: Execute precise reconciliation of vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Vendor Account Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and payment processing.
  • Dispute Management: Effectively track, query, and resolve any disputes that may arise.
  • Month-End Closing Activities: Assist in closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with accuracy and precision.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
