Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Trainee to join our dynamic General Ledger Team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Review and Processing: Verify all invoices for appropriate documentation before payment.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoices and general ledger.
- Vendor Account Reconciliation: Execute precise reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Vendor Account Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts efficiently.
- Dispute Management: Track, query, and resolve any disputes effectively.
- Month-End Closing Activities: Assist in closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Education: Finance and Accounting vocational qualification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
