Overview

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

The Digital Product Director will play a key role in the complete life cycle of products, from initial idea to launch and continuous optimisation. This role involves not only product management but also a strong focus on strategy and marketing, ensuring that products are successfully positioned in the market and meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives.
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy, considering market analysis, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective product launch and positioning campaigns.
  • Ongoing Offer Collaboration: Work with the business development team to generate customer offers.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to assess product success and make necessary adjustments.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure their needs are reflected in developed products.
  • Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and generation of new ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for experts with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or a related field. Professional experience in Product Management in Technology or Software sectors is required. Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and product lifecycle management is essential. Experience with product management tools and data analysis is highly valued. Communication and Strategic Thinking skills with a focus on simultaneous management of multiple projects are crucial. An MBA education and project management certifications (PMP, etc.) are a plus. Product management certifications (CSPO, etc.) are also valuable.
