The position we offer is that of a Quality Assurance Automation Framework Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining the automation ecosystem for all business systems at IONOS, covering the entire customer journey lifecycle from product ordering to billing and cancellation.
- Design the automation framework for business systems, encompassing the entire customer journey lifecycle.
- Participate in meetings to gather requirements for automations.
- Define implementation tasks using agile methodology.
- Lead and participate in the implementation of automation solutions.
- Report progress of automation development to management.
- Communicate results of automations to management.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in QA, with a focus on automation framework management.
Proficiency in Playwright/Cucumber.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
High fluency in speaking and writing in English.
Proficient in using GIT or similar tools.
German language as an asset.
Experience with other automation tools.
Business systems/invoicing experience.
Python/Ansible experience.
Linux experience.
IA tools for QA automation experience.
