Descripción del trabajo:

  • Como Encargado/a de Obra, serás responsable de la supervisión y coordinación de todas las actividades en el sitio de construcción, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y los estándares de calidad establecidos.

También serás responsable de garantizar la seguridad y la salud de todo el equipo de trabajo, implementando medidas preventivas según la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL).


Responsabilidades principales:
Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con el proyecto de construcción, desde el inicio hasta la finalización.
Controlar los plazos para asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos establecidos.
Garantizar la calidad de la obra, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares técnicos y las especificaciones requeridas.

Implementar normas de prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL) para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable para todo el equipo.

Gestionar y controlar los recursos materiales y humanos necesarios para el desarrollo de la obra.
Colaborar estrechamente con los diferentes departamentos y equipos involucrados en el proyecto.
Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes y atender sus necesidades y preocupaciones.
Realizar informes periódicos sobre el avance del proyecto y presentarlos al equipo directivo.

Requerimientos del puesto:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Encargado/a de Obra, preferiblemente en el sector de la construcción.
Conocimientos sólidos en supervisión, coordinación, control y prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL).Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos de trabajo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los diferentes actores del proyecto.
Orientación a resultados y capacidad para tomar decisiones efectivas.
Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o campo relacionado (deseable pero no excluyente).Dominio del idioma español (hablado y escrito).
