As a Legal Counsel at Morningstar DBRS, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support to commercial business initiatives and advise on contracts and agreements
  • Negotiate and advise on rating feed agreements and website subscriptions
  • Review and advise on non-reliance and hold harmless letters from accounting firms
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance and protect the company's reputation
