About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Legal Counsel to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will provide legal services to internal clients, primarily in relation to customer, partner, and supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to internal clients on contract-related matters.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as the review and analysis of existing contracts.
- Work closely with external counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to continuously improve their services and outcomes for the business.
Requirements:
- Law degree and membership in the relevant bar association.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong drafting, analytical, presentation, and negotiating skills.
- Excellent business acumen, commercial judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise.
