IOI is seeking a seasoned Senior Animation Director to spearhead animation quality for Project 007, an ambitious James Bond video game. This role is pivotal in shaping the game's visual identity and guiding a talented animation team.

The Role: As Senior Animation Director, you'll drive animation quality and strategy across the project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. You'll partner closely with the production team, providing critical feedback and direction to elevate animation quality. Your hands-on experience will serve as a valuable asset in mentoring and guiding the animation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement animation strategies to enhance gameplay and overall game experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and polished animations
  • Mentor and guide the animation team to achieve outstanding results
  • Drive quality standards, focusing on delivering top-notch animations

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in leading animation teams and working on AAA projects. You should possess a balance of hands-on skills and the ability to mentor and guide the team effectively. Quality-driven, with a focus on achieving outstanding animation results, you'll be able to provide constructive critiques and drive the team forward. Experience in people management, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their best work, is also essential.
