As a Lead Animator - Motion Capture, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the creation of dynamic and engaging animations, working closely with our animation director, designers, and production team.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the animation director and designers to plan and execute motion capture shoots, ensuring seamless integration with our game development pipeline.
  • Work closely with motion capture artists and studios to deliver high-quality animation assets, meeting strict quality requirements.
  • Develop and implement new animation techniques and workflows to enhance the overall visual quality of our games.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in animation, with a strong background in motion capture and character animation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality animation assets on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Maya and MotionBuilder, with experience working with game development pipelines.
