About the Role
The Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximizing the value of our Enterprise Tools by means of effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.
As a member of an international team, the Product Owner works closely with internal stakeholders, the product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize these for the team, considering the support that must be delivered on existing tools and future plans. Together with the team, you take end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and follow up on projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize the value of Enterprise Tools through effective backlog management and evolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize them.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for evolving tools and following up on projects from start to finish.

Requirements
- Degree in IT/IT related fields or equivalent experience.
- Min 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with experience in Salesforce and Service Management Processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to quickly acquire good insight into the SD Worx business.
- Can translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.
- Experience in working in Agile squads.
- Working in an international environment is considered a plus.
- Strong process thinking and attitude of continuous optimization.
- Can prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong focus on scale and standardization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ensures the team understands requirements correctly.
- Responsible for defining necessary competencies in the squad together with the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Tribe Lead.
- Being a team player and flexible.
