This position ensures that all business operations align with our Financial Control Model (FCM) and that financial implications are accurately measured and reported in accordance with established accounting standards. Additionally, the role is designed to validate that business KPIs are meaningful and provide value, actions are determined based on performance metrics, and that the realization of benefits is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business units to comprehend the operational logic and interdependencies among critical processes, relationships, and metrics. Act as the primary finance expert and trusted advisor on financial matters within the organization, fostering a strong understanding of finance across the business. Assess industry, economic, financial, and market trends to project the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive standing. Oversee and evaluate financial performance metrics. Ensure adherence to key reporting principles and accurate costing parameters, along with the integrity of managerial reporting. Analyze and interpret the actual weekly/monthly performance of the business, including variances from planned outcomes. Deliver and communicate an executive summary of performance to business leaders, collaborating on actions and follow-ups. Assist in the planning and forecasting processes. Guarantee that plans and forecasts are compiled and communicated promptly, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Professional Qualifications:

A master's or bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline. A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, particularly in controlling and consolidation. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is advantageous. Familiarity with Excel and SAP is required. Ability to work under deadlines with strong organizational skills.
