The Operational Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of production activities and processes within Trouw Nutrition's global facilities. With approximately 5,000 employees spread across 25 countries, this position requires strong proficiency in operating equipment and machinery, as well as adhering to established safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute operational tasks such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label, and operate all necessary equipment to maintain a safe and efficient production process.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, reporting any defects or deficiencies to supervisor-level personnel.
  • Log data and information related to production orders and activities in designated logbooks or systems.

**Reporting and Continuous Improvement:**

Regularly report deviations from current processes, techniques, or systems to supervisor-level personnel for continuous improvement opportunities. Emphasize the importance of maintaining a safe working environment by promoting awareness of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations and procedures.

**Benefits and Requirements:**

We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 based on location, experience, and qualifications. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience in a production environment. A strong understanding of operational processes, basic maintenance skills, and proficiency in using various equipment are also essential.
