Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and offering, with a focus on day-to-day tactical and transactional activities.
  • Manage priorities and focus between new development and support of existing activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues in new release development or support of existing releases.
  • Manage incident and issue resolution, ensuring adherence to global and country team standards.
  • Drive quality and ensure compliance across teams, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to DevOps ways of working.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business or technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile, lean, and/or DevOps-driven environments.
  • Working knowledge and experience of release management and infrastructure.
  • Experience in troubleshooting web applications/services at the server level.
  • Basic scripting experience, such as Shell or Python.
  • Experience as an Azure DevOps Admin, with at least intermediate-level skills.
  • OS administration experience, including Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with New Relic monitoring for performance analysis and tuning, with at least intermediate-level skills.
  • Experience and working knowledge of cloud landscapes, ideally Azure at an intermediate level.
