We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at HCLTech. As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial robustness and continued success of our technology operations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyze the evolution, trends, and monitoring of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement at different levels, including Revenue, Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures, and Headcount.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic reports to allow monitoring and evaluation of results, and implement tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve management control efficiency.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure IT financial processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, and support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Support in the evaluation of project profitability with the aim of maximizing benefit, and collaborate in the economic viability analysis of new initiatives and projects.
- Professional Background: Professional in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with a Master in Finance or MBA being a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT financial management or a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent accounting software user skills, such as SAP EMP, SAP Analysis Office, and Oracle, as well as deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI and Tableau.
- Personal Qualities: Teamwork capability, communication skills, analytical skills, results-oriented, high problem-solving capacity, multitasking with organizational capability and critical thinking.
