Data Scientist y Ingeniero de Machine Learning

En Eurecat, estamos buscando un Data Scientist y Machine Learning Engineer con experiencia en Machine Learning aplicado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Data Science & Big Data Analytics.
El candidato seleccionado participará en el desarrollo de proyectos variados utilizando diferentes técnicas, desde algoritmos de Machine Learning clásicos y optimización matemática, hasta fine-tuning de grandes modelos, aplicación de Large Language Models y creación de sistemas RAG, entre otros.
Funciones del Puesto- Diseñar y aplicar soluciones basadas en algoritmos matemáticos y de Machine Learning clásico: modelos supervisados y no supervisados, modelos de regresión, clasificación, clustering, reducción de dimensionalidad, optimización, sistemas de recomendación, series temporales, aprendizaje semi-supervisado, etc.
- Diseñar y aplicar soluciones basadas en técnicas de Deep Learning: Large Language Models, modelos basados en Transformers, modelos de la familia BERT, Sentiment Analysis, closed domain Question Answering, chatbots, sistemas RAG, Fine Tuning y Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning, IA Generativa, etc.
- Investigar técnicas y métodos innovadores en el ámbito de la inteligencia artificial que conformen el estado del arte, para mantenerse actualizado con las nuevas tendencias.
- Aplicación práctica y experimentación de las técnicas que conforman el estado del arte en los proyectos y retos a desarrollar.
- Desarrollar documentación básica relacionada con las tareas en las que se participa.
- Participar en la redacción de artículos y presentaciones para compartir los resultados de la investigación y el desarrollo con la comunidad académica y la industria.
- Base teórica y aplicada de Machine Learning y Deep Learning.
- Experiencia en proyectos de Machine Learning y entrenamiento de modelos.
- Programación con Python y conocimiento de bibliotecas básicas como Numpy y Pandas, y bibliotecas de aprendizaje automático como Scikit-Learn y SciPy.
- Análisis de datos, limpieza, preparación y procesamiento.
- Conocimiento de control de versiones (git).
- Interés en la investigación, en el estado del arte y las nuevas tendencias, y en la lectura y comprensión de artículos académicos en el ámbito del Machine Learning.
- Técnicas y bibliotecas de procesamiento de texto como SpaCy, NLTK o LangChain.
- Frameworks de Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, o Keras.
- Arquitecturas de redes neuronales: Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs...
- Plataformas de aprendizaje automático como HuggingFace.
- Herramientas de despliegue (Docker / API).
- Análisis y predicción de series temporales.
- Seguimiento de buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software.
- Familiaridad con sistemas Unix.
Se valorará la capacidad de participar en desarrollo de proyectos y reuniones con buen nivel de comprensión e interlocución en inglés, catalán y castellano.
