Main Job Objectives:
Deliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting/exceeding our safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery and budget requirements.

As an Electrical Commissioning Specialist at Dematic Logistic Systems, you will be responsible for commissioning controls systems on-site, including electrical and PLC software commissioning, and providing support to system test activities and training for the end user.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the Dematic image as a top-quality, professional company, by adopting an honest, professional and attentive approach.

* Maintain good relationships with all internal and external customers, through the provision of a high-quality service.

* Liaise with other Company Departments, Customers and sub-contractors.

* Maintain and use wherever possible Dematic standards.

* Comply with the company policies.

* Promote personal and business continuous improvement and development of processes to achieve improved time cost and quality or project delivery.

Requirements:

* HNC or HND in Electrical/Controls Engineering.

* Experience with electrical commissioning activities.

* Experience with PLC commissioning activities would be an advantage but not essential as we would look to invest in your development here.

* An understanding of automated warehouses is desirable, not essential.

* Hands-on experience with Electrical commissioning.

* Exposure to PLC, HMI, or SCADA development activities would be an advantage but not essential.

* Ability to understand Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings.

* Good understanding of bus systems.

* Understanding of distributed control systems is desirable, not essential.

* Full driver's license to support the travel requirements of the role.

* Possibility to be home base.

* Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
