Located in the heart of Coatue Management L.L.C., we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Negotiator to join our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and foster lasting relationships with vendors. As part of our Global Source-to-Pay team, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing value from our vendor partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration between data teams and risk teams.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements. In this role, you will lead contract reviews and negotiations across all non-tech 3rd party spend categories, handling market research, data management, cost modeling, RFx coordination, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and performance management. You will also oversee spending projects with goals like savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk management, and expense transparency. Additionally, you will conduct cost evaluations, supply-market research, pricing audits, and impact analysis to drive cost improvements. Furthermore, you will lead supplier QBRs to ensure strategic outcomes, monitor and enhance supplier performance against SLAs and quality metrics, and oversee vendor integration for acquisitions, coordinating cross-functionally and at all organizational levels.

Third-Party Risk Management

You will support the TPRM team in managing vendor risk assessments and setting expectations. You will serve as our representative for vendor communications during risk assessments, collaborate with TPRM to review and monitor vendor risk, addressing risks with mitigation plans, and ensure that our internal teams have the products, tools, and services needed for success. You Are A BA/BS degree, preferably in a field with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering). 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail. Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple requests. Process-oriented, able to create playbooks and frameworks for due diligence. Experienced in developing and executing negotiation strategies. Strong quantitative skills for problem-solving. A data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in conducting fact-based analyses that aid problem-solving, proposals, and negotiations. Experienced in data analysis and sourcing recommendations.
