Thank youYour responsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirementsCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goalsOversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential issuesConduct regular site visits to ensure construction activities align with project specifications and quality standardsManage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective cost tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure financial objectives are metBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors. As well as, communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely mannerIdentify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issuesImplement risk response plans and maintain a proactive approach to risk managementEnsure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulationsImplement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality PV projectsLead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment and provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts as necessaryMaintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports and generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plusProven experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic projects, preferably in the renewable energy sectorProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirableStrong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction processes, and relevant regulationsExcellent communicator, negotiator, and have good problem-solving skillsBusiness fluency in English and Spanish.
