Somos una consultora de Ingeniería y Tecnología, y nos especializamos en encontrar los mejores proyectos para nuestra gente.
Estamos involucrados en una gran variedad de proyectos punteros, donde trabajamos con las últimas tecnologías y, para ello, contamos con un equipo de más de 800 talentosas personas, trabajando en el ámbito de BI, IoT, Big Data, I+D, desarrollo de software, entre otros.
Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Data Scientist Senior para incorporar, de forma indefinida y 100% remota, en el equipo de uno de nuestros principales clientes.
¿Cuál será tu objetivo?
Extraer valor y conocimientos útiles a partir de grandes cantidades de datos, con el fin de ayudar a las organizaciones a tomar decisiones informadas y optimizar procesos.
Esto implica identificar patrones, tendencias y relaciones en los datos para resolver problemas específicos, predecir comportamientos futuros o descubrir oportunidades de mejora.
Nos gustaría contar con una persona altamente experimentada en el desarrollo de modelos predictivos y análisis de datos de venta al por menor, teniendo un papel crucial en todas las fases del ciclo de vida de los modelos predictivos, desde la recopilación y limpieza de datos, hasta el despliegue del modelo en producción.
¿Cómo esperamos que lo hagas?
Siendo proactivo y autónomo en la generación de modelos de machine learning, así como de todo el pipeline de procesado de datos, para anticipar resultados futuros, siendo flexible y creativo en la creación de nuevas soluciones.
Siendo capaz de extraer, analizar, limpiar y tratar fuentes de gran cantidad de datos, con complejidad variada, tratando de obtener insights orientados a las necesidades dadas, para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
Análisis crítico de performance de modelos y soluciones existentes.
Tomando en consideración las pautas y estándares del proyecto y empresa, asegurándote de que el equipo entero lo está haciendo, incluido el cumplimiento de plazos de los entregables.
Documentación técnica.Desarrollo y productivización de procesos en la nube.
Traducir hallazgos técnicos en información clara y comprensible para partes interesadas no técnicas. Asistencia a reuniones.
