Accounting and Invoicing Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Invoicing Coordinator to join our Procurement Management team at Super Deporte. The ideal candidate will have experience in multinational environments and be proficient in processing purchase orders and non-PO invoices using OCR scanning solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Invoice Administration: Administer invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
- Expense Management: Manage employee expenses and company credit card expenses in line with Company Travel and Expense policy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to resolve invoicing discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
- Process Optimization: Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

- Experience in a multinational environment.
