Senior Fund Accountant Job Description

Pinnacle Fund Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to join our Valencia team. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle NAV production process for a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Prepare and/or review net asset value calculations on a timely basis, including recording capital activity, cash activity, and investment trading activity
  • Price portfolios in accordance with funds' offering documents and ensure fund income and expenses are accrued for and in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Prepare Investor Statements, contract notes, and distribution waterfall calculations
  • Coordinate year-end audit and tax reporting requests with clients and auditors
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as required by clients
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of prior fund accounting experience or FS audit experience
  • Knowledge of closed-ended funds is desired but not required
  • Accounting designation is desired but not required
  • Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, Microsoft Excel, and interpersonal and communication skills
