About the Role
F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of our Event Driven Architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision across the Event Driven Integration system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultation to assigned business customers in defining or designing business processes, functions, and organizational structures.
- Assess the current state of solutions, define future state needs, identify gaps, and recommend new technology solutions and strategic business execution improvements.
- Work with product managers, product line leads, and business stakeholders to enable and guide the design and development of an integrated view of business processes and associated business landscape.
- Align with enterprise architects and other solution architects to realize the vision of the domain and promote platform thinking, reusability, and interoperability.
- Collaborate with the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure delivery and provide the business with a window to key innovative technology trends and evolution of technology within the vertical industry.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborative teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.
