- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences to tailor travel experiences.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
- Utilize various booking systems and online tools to secure the best travel deals for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be bilingual.
