We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the technical aspects of our Urban Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance, and mitigating technical risks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Be accountable for customer acceptance of the project solution, ensuring it meets quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to manage contractual scope evolution, raising variation orders as needed.
- Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Director, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the customer country/city, incorporating them into project solution design.
- Manage the project solution, customizing and parameterizing the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
- Build and analyze the project requirements database (PRD) with the Project Architect, allocating requirements to System Program Manager (SPM), Project Industrialization Manager (PrIDM), and Project Engineering team.
- Act as Chairman of the Project Change Control Board (CCB), ensuring effective change management.
- Be responsible for project design and application engineering activities, supervising Verification & Validation activities.
- Accountable for Engineering WP QCD, providing Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Verify Project Safety Case, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the interface with the project core team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
We value passion and attitude over experience. As a Technical Project Manager, you will have:
- Engineer profile, with 3-5 years of experience in Urban systems.
- Previous experience working on cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of engineering tasks.
- Previous rail industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Engineering tasks to be performed, with fluency in French desirable.
