**Job Description**
We're seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our packaging materials portfolio, you'll develop procurement strategies to support business needs, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations. Your expertise will help us deliver net productivity, optimize our packaging, and reduce complexity within our portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive business results.
- Manage supplier relationships, leveraging market conditions and lead price forecasting cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and commercial programs are fully integrated.
- Drive value chain intervention projects to bring the next level of value and efficiency to our supply chain.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, including expertise in Excel and negotiation models. Experience in managing supplier relationships and leading negotiations is essential. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, as well as minimum three years working experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably within FMCG), is required.
